We are pleased to share that the Exeter Housing Market Insights Report, prepared by our team, has now been published as part of the evidence base for the Exeter Plan submitted by Exeter City Council to the Planning Inspectorate.
The report assesses the national housing market context, comparing Exeter’s opportunities against wider UK trends while analysing the local economic environment that underpin these strengths. This is supported by a self conducted, data-led evidence base, including first-hand insights from developers, investors, and other stakeholders actively engaged in the Exeter market.
Our analysis draws on multiple datasets including ONS population projections, household formation trends, Land Registry transaction data, and affordability metrics, combined with scenario modelling to forecast future demand and delivery requirements.
